PDF for printing

The file “PDF ready for printing” is a file generated by a page layout program, graphics or office able to incorporate all textual information, images, and formatting set by the user.
It 'important that the PDF file is generated by the program that was used to create the file format in high resolution.
The advantages of PDF allow us to be sure of the settings sent the file. Documents and publications converted to PDF files can be easily viewed on screen and printed by users on a variety of computers and operating systems, regardless of the program used to create the file. PDF is a common format for transferring files over the Internet.

The file from which the PDF is generated must:
- contain images at the highest resolution possible to ensure a good yield of printing
- be in the correct format of your final printed (possibly with an abundance of 3 mm. around the document if there are full-page images)
- have the fonts (text characters) included in the file, or use standard Windows and Mac fonts
- be provided in a single page and not side by side and in the correct sequence for printing
- be complete with all pages, including even those who want to intentionally leave blank

Most software on the market today can generate a PDF file in high quality directly from the program using the "save as" or "export".
Alternatively, you must have a PDF printer as the one generated by such software such as Adobe Acrobat (fee) o PDF 995/PDF Create! (Free).
